Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.
Our Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
How to Return
- Email us at truefutureuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your return and provide the return address.
- Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or item.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at truefutureuk@gmail.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
